Project background:

1) Under the traditional mode, the NC program can not be transmitted to the equipment at the first time, so the manual copying with CF card wastes time and has a high error rate;

2) There are many NC machining programs, and the workshop operation can not realize the remote call and automatic upload of machining programs;

3) The program management mode needs to be improved, and there is a lack of directory management based on structure tree;

4) A variety of equipment systems are not common to each other, and the processing programs can not be interchanged. Only one machine can be used, with low cost and high efficiency;

5) It is necessary to standardize the programming process and realize centralized server management;

6) The program is scattered in the machine tool system or personal computer, which is not conducive to sharing and management, and is easy to be lost, and the mature experience cannot be inherited and utilized;

7) With the increase of enterprise personnel, there are a large number of programs, and the management of document management confusion, search and user misoperation has become particularly important;

8) A large number of important data need to be backed up, such as machine tool parameters and NC code, in order to deal with the occurrence of system disaster;

Accurate data acquisition and feedback for all machine tools on the production site through equipment data acquisition;

Through the CNC machine tool networking system, the equipment processing status and processing time can be obtained, and the machine tool efficiency and other data can be analyzed;

Realize the transparency of production process status, achieve production process monitoring, feed back accurate production data for the production management system, and understand those links in the production process that need to be improved through summary and analysis;

Collect the equipment status of each machine tool: whether it is started, standby and alarm, whether it is in the processing program, the actual processing time of each part, and finally realize statistical analysis to provide data support for scientific decision-making.
