2、 Pre sales engineer salary: 8-20k

1. Responsible for providing customers with overall technical solutions (including software and hardware), and completing the performance indicators formulated at the beginning of the year and other tasks assigned;

2. Communicate effectively with customers and provide consulting services according to user needs; Make records according to customer visits and follow up in time;

3. Be responsible for the preliminary investigation of the project, plan and write the project scheme according to the needs of customers, and sort out the corresponding software and hardware list; Report scheme to customers, conduct technical exchange, and complete scheme report and product demonstration;

4. Be responsible for the preparation of technical scheme of bidding project, bid presentation and technical Q & A;

5. Internal project and product training;


3、 Salary of implementation engineer: 6-15k

1. Provide customers with professional implementation services, confirm customer needs, demand analysis, demand communication, business process reengineering and optimization, scheme design, system configuration, testing and online;

2. Be responsible for the implementation and management of DNC / MDC / MES of the project, formulate an action plan to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on line according to quality;

3. Be responsible for product consulting services, including guiding and training customers to use the system, timely solving customers' problems in use, and cooperating with the after-sales service team to communicate with customers;

4. Sort out customer needs and problems in time and feed them back to the product, technology and test team.
